I have my USDT (BEP-20) rewards, how can I turn this into $ARB?

My Rewards are now in my CEX wallet, how can I turn this into $ARB?

Step 2: Input how much of your rewards you would like to convert into $ARB and press the “Buy Arb” box highlighted in green.
